Just back from Prima’s Art Venture and CHA in Anaheim, CA. What a wonderful time it was!! It is just amazing how many creative people are out there and how lucky us papercrafter/mixed media artists are to have them to inspire and teach us.
Of course, I checked out all Tim’s new products at the Idea-ology, Sizzix, Ranger and Stampers Anonymous booths. I was so taken by the Idea-ology booth, both in the products and displays and with the Designers and staff. It was really hard to leave their booth! And yes I did order almost everything.
Now back to Tim’s January 2014 Tag. I love the way he did the pocketwatch and embossed metal, but I thought I wanted to incorporate it into a canvas that I had an idea for: “Timepiece Remnants”. I must admit it was inspired by some of the wonderful artwork that was displayed in the Idea-ology booth. So here goes:
